So many neurodivergent individuals suffer from self-esteem and confidence issues that impact our mental health and accomplishments in our personal and professional lives.
It's a result of normative and ableist micro-aggressions suffered constantly all our life that shamed us both for who we are and what we do and how we do it. This builds a deep sense of shameful inadequacy which makes us diminish ourselves and can create a paralysis in going for what we want.
I help clients over time to break the cycle and build self-acceptance, confidence and meaningful ways of living outside the normative ableist framework.
